PURLEY

 

49 new apartments in Foxley Lane, Purley.

 

A 5/6/7 storey development of 49 apartments for London Affordable Rent, together with amenity space and cycle storage facilities.

 

This project was completed in June 2021.

FRAMPTON ARMS
LONDON

 

We are building in collaboration with Guldmore Ltd new homes at the site of the former Frampton Arms pub, on the Frampton Park estate. 

 

The site that forms this project lies on the boundary of Frampton Park Estate. The strategy is to maintain the positive qualities of the existing buildings whilst offering a new face to the estate from Well Street.

 

This site is part of Hackney Council’s borough-wide 2,760-home estate regeneration programme, which is one of London’s largest schemes for building homes for social renting, shared ownership, and private sale, now in its fourth year with 201 for social renting, 20 for shared ownership/equity, and 42 for private sale built so far, and more than 300 expected to start on site.

 

The Frampton project was completed in 2020.

BARRINGTON RD
BRIXTON

 

We’ve completed in collaboration with Guildmore Ltd the construction of 104 new apartments for Metropolitan Thames Valley, on an infill site at Barrington Road, Brixton, adjoining the Loughborough Estate.

 

This residential development was laid out over three blocks varying in height from 5 – 8 storeys. 23 units, for affordable rent with the remainder available as shared ownership.

 

The residential units were designed and constructed in compliance with the following standards:

  • Current London Housing Design Guide
  • Current London Plan Minimum Space Standards
  • Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4
  • Secured by Design
  • NHBC Technical Standards

 

Designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, in accordance with Lambeth Borough Energy Strategy, the Barrington project also incorporated a communal heating system, combined heat and power unit, and roof-mounted photovoltaic panels. The energy savings from the output from the CHP and rooftop renewables were credited to each individual tenancy as a discount off their annual service charge.

 

The Barrington development was completed in 2018.

GEORGE LANE
CATFORD

 

We’ve completed in collaboration with Guildmore Ltd this construction project at our Herron Walk development in George Lane, Catford.

 

Consisting of five new 3-bedroom houses along with one single 1-bedroom property, each home features an open-plan living room and a landscaped courtyard garden with an ensuite to the master bedroom.

 

Herron Walk is a development of:

  • five houses with three bedrooms
  • one single bedroom gatehouse property
  • a unique and gated contemporary mews development
  • innovative design maximising light and space
  • well-planned family accommodation landscaped courtyard garden
  • finished to a top-class specification.

 

The site is located in south-east London, within the London Borough of Lewisham with six well-designed homes set in their own private close within walking distance of Ladywell and Hither Green stations.

The development was completed in March 2019.

A new collection of five townhouses with three bedrooms and three apartments with two bedrooms.
